Medical Investment Director, Larry Walshaw, is a proven leader in the KW medical investment sales division. Following college, Mr. Walshaw began his career as a Johnson & Johnson Surgical Rep. and still understands the many demands placed on Physicians. Mr. Walshaw’s expertise extends to investment brokerage sales, leasing, development, marketing, and finance within the commercial real estate medical industry. He’s routinely recognized as a top producer in his field both locally and nationally, earning numerous top 10 power broker awards and top 50 national broker awards.

Mr. Walshaw has an exceptionally wide range of sales, leasing, and development experience during his 36 years in the industry. He founded Business Condos USA, a commercial real estate development firm specializing in the ground-up development and sale/lease of medical office/retail/warehouse business condominiums, which grew into a $500+ million enterprise that was nationally franchised in 2005. Mr. Walshaw built over one million square feet while Business Condos USA became one of the leading national developers of business condominiums across the country, and as a result, he was twice nominated as Developer of the Year by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Association (NAIOP).
